Did you find a tour that you want to go on?  We can help you book your tour in 3 easy steps!

Step 1 - Make Your Reservation

Contact our office at 330-833-7700 or 800-458-4680 to check availability and reserve your seat. You will be asked to provide names, address, preferred departure point and a phone number for everyone traveling.
 

Step 2 - Pay for your Tour

You may mail us a check or feel free to stop by one of our 3 office locations with a cash payment. Our staff would be pleased to meet you! We also accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card for your convenience.
 

Multiple Day Tours - Deposits are due ten (10) days after making reservations. Final payments are due seventy (70) days prior to the trip departure.  Thirty (30) days prior to departure you will be mailed a tour itinerary including time of departure / return, sightseeing information and trip details.
 

One-Day Tours - Full payment is due ten (10) days after reservations have been made. Upon receipt of your final payment, a tour itinerary including time of departure / return and trip details will be mailed to you.
 

Air and Cruise Tours - Deposit and final payment requirements vary based on the requirements of the airlines, tour operators, and cruise lines. Please refer to the specifics of each individual trip.

Step 3 - Enjoy your tour!

Once you have reserved and paid for your spot, all that is left is for you to enjoy the tour.
