Terms and Conditions for Tours / Casino Runs

General Terms

Fidelity US Coach Tours acts as an agent arranging hotel and other accommodations and cannot be held responsible for non-performance on the part of hotels or other’s providing services for the tour. The right is reserved to alter an itinerary if it becomes necessary. The right is reserved to cancel any tour on refund of payment made if bookings are inadequate. Liability cannot be claimed for delays caused by an act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantines, riots, strikes, equipment breakdowns, road or weather conditions, traffic delays, or any conditions beyond human control. Responsibility cannot be accepted for any loss, damage, or additional expenses due to any or all of the above. All such loss or expense must be borne by the passenger. Rates are subject to change due to increased hotel costs or escalating fuel costs. On casino tours, meals and bonuses or any incentives are courtesy of the casinos and are subject to change without notice.


Tour Protection Plan

Our Tour Protection Plan is designed for your peace of mind. No one ever wants to cancel their trip, and we know that. Our Tour Protection Plan was designed to cover you if you need to cancel for ANY REASON. Notice of cancellation must be received in our office duringnormal business hours, and at least 24 hours prior to the tour departing. (If your cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to departure

our normal cancellation penalty will apply.) This fee is non refundable, non transferable and must be paid with your deposit. This plan does not cover unrecoverable fees from airlines, and theater tickets, hotels, bus seats, etc. All refunds will be in gift certificate form. If you choose not to purchase our Tour Protection Plan, normal cancellation polcies apply. This Tour Protection is available to you for $10 per $100 of the total tour cost.


Travel Insurance

In addition to the normal required insurance that, as a motor coach tour operator we must carry, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. If you are interested in obtaining additional travel insurance, call the office for options.


Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Fidelity US Coach Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip/tour prior to departure. Should a cancellation happen, Fidelity US Coach Tours will make every effort to protect you on another departure date. If an alternate cannot be found, a full credit will be applied.


Should you decide to change a reservation after your deposit has been made a minimum administrative fee of $25 per person may be charged. A change will include changing of names or a change of tour date. Additional fees may apply based on your change date and prepaid reservations which are unrecoverable by Fidelity US Coach Tours.


Cancellation Charges
More than 70 days in advance…………....$25.00 per person
31 – 70 days in advance…………..……....50% of the trip cost
01 – 30 days in advance…………..………100% of the trip cost

No refunds for "no shows".
Refunds will be issued in the form of Gift Certificates or US Coach Tours Credit.


NOTE: All travel outside of the United States requires a valid passport.
